FLY – The State Dumathe lower house of the Russian Parliament, has adopted, in the third and final reading, amendments that significantly broaden the scope of the already controversial law banning LGBT+ “propaganda”, within the framework of the conservative turn of the Kremlin accompanying the Russian military offensive in Ukraine.
