According to reports, the container ship named “Rise Shine” flying the Panamanian flag ran aground at Cape Kozino near the coast of Nakhodka. Pirozhkov, head of the Vladivostok Maritime Rescue Coordination Center, said that there were 14 crew members on board, all Chinese citizens. According to the Russian Federation Maritime Canal Transport Agency, the ship had many perforations and cracks, but it did not fall apart.
