Only one vaccine against influenza and Covid. This is the next step pharmaceutical companies are working on. The American Novavax, the compatriot Moderna and the Pfizer-BioNTech couple are preparing for the single injection against the two viruses.
This week Novavax unveiled data from phase three trials of its coronavirus vaccine. The tests on 30,000 volunteers went well: they demonstrated 90% effectiveness and will lead to approval in Europe and the United States at the end of the summer.
