On February 14 of this year, Tumara was arrested by members of the Police Department of Banjaluka and the Gendarmerie in an apartment in Kralja Alfonsa Street in Banjaluka together with four other members of his family, and the court issued a warrant for him because he had not responded to court summons for years. Members of the RS Judicial Police came to the address at least ten times to look for him, but to no avail.

This family was arrested due to the suspicion that they hid him for years in an apartment where he allegedly did not leave or communicate with the outside world, and since it is suspected that he lived in uncivilized conditions, they called him a “Banjaluka hillbilly”.

The indictment accuses Tumar of stalking and stalking his ex-girlfriend S.Š during 2018. The indictment was confirmed in 2019, and the main trial began in June 2021, but since then, no trace of Tumari has been lost.

Today, Judge Danijela Božić again issued an order to bring him to the next hearing, which she scheduled for March.

Tumara is accused of “persistently and for a long time following and stalking another person and trying to establish unwanted contact with him, thus causing changes in life habits, anxiety or fear for his own safety in that person”.

He followed her almost every day and moved around her, he waited when she returned from work, sitting in the bank until she came. He then followed her, only to intercept her on October 3, 2018 and told her to prepare 400 KM, otherwise he would report her to the police“, the indictment reads.
