Under the promotion of China, the BRICS countries have accelerated their cooperation, maintained close communication and coordination on major international and regional issues, accommodated each other’s core interests and major concerns, respected each other’s sovereignty, security and development interests, opposed hegemonism and power politics, and resisted the Cold War. Thinking and group confrontation, and jointly build a human security community. Only in this way is the right way to develop.

This year is the “China Year” for BRICS cooperation. Since the establishment of the BRICS cooperation mechanism in 2006, the BRICS countries have accounted for 23% of the global economy, 18% of trade in goods, and 25% of foreign investment. They are an important force in the world economy that cannot be ignored. In the first five months of this year, bilateral trade between China and the other four BRICS countries continued to grow, with a total import and export value of 1.31 trillion yuan, which injected a boost for the recovery of the world economy. Facts have proved that the cooperation of the BRICS countries not only benefits the people of the BRICS countries, but also brings tangible benefits to people all over the world.
At present, BRICS cooperation has entered a new stage of high-quality development. It is expected that the development results of BRICS cooperation will benefit all people.
