South Africa, the city that rocked Apartheid will be called Winnie Mandela

It is a dead city, one like many in which unemployment, poverty and corruption have been accompanied over the years by an inept administration in the Free State. 60 kilometers from Bloemfontein, the provincial capital, there is a city that has many seeds of South Africa today and yesterday. From Friday, with the publication of the official gazette, that dead city will be called “Winnie Mandela” and this is the story of a woman, a man, war, and a country of 3000 souls.
