Spain, the sensational protest of the rapeseed oil victims: at the Prado they threaten suicide in front of Velázquez’s “Las Meninas”

The staging is dramatic and spectacular. For their protest, which they define “an act of pain”, they choose one of the most visited places in Spain, the Prado museum: there are six of them, they enter separately, mingling with the tourists, and then they all converge towards room 12, that where one of the most famous paintings in the world is exhibited, “Las Meninas” by Diego Velazquez.
