“Spying for Russia”: British embassy employee in Germany arrested

LONDON. An employee at the British embassy in Berlin was arrested on charges of being a Russian spy. This was communicated by the German public prosecutor.

The man, David S., a British citizen, was arrested in Potsdam, on the outskirts of the German capital. The accusation is that he “collaborated with foreign secret services”. David S. has recently worked in the offices of the British Embassy in Berlin, although his role is unclear.
