Stanivuković says that he has the legal possibility to schedule a session because on January 30 he submitted a request to the President of the Assembly, Ljuba Ninković, but did not receive an answer.

“Today, that 15-day deadline expires. The conditions have been met for me to convene the Collegium, which I am scheduling for Friday. I invite all the heads of committee clubs to the Collegium at 11 a.m.”

Stanivuković says that he will propose holding a regular session on February 22, starting at 9 a.m. In addition to the large number of items on the agenda that has already been prepared, Stanivuković adds that he will also include an initiative related to betting shops.

“At the regular session, we will add an item concerning casinos and bookmakers. We will prepare material in the form of a non-binding recommendation. We will propose that the amount of the tax cannot be the same for casinos and bookmakers.”

Stanivuković says that the fee in the amount of 25,000 KM to be binding for all branches located within 500 meters of the school.

“We are even considering those near religious buildings. In the coming weeks, we will start a petition to collect signatures”.

Stanivuković adds that this also includes cafes that have machines for games of chance within their facilities.

“Casinos rent devices to catering establishments, they will be treated the same”, he said.
