by admin

The outgoing Swedish Premier, Social Democrat Magdalena Andersson, was re-elected Premier by Parliament for the second time in a few days. On Wednesday, Andersson resigned seven hours after she was elected after the Greens left her minority government coalition. The Social Democrats, the only ruling party in this new attempt, have only 100 seats out of the 349 in Parliament. Andresson, 54, finance minister, is Sweden’s first female Premier.
