A sentence in a rape trial, which essentially blames the raped woman, is causing an outcry in Switzerland. The rape dates back to February last year and took place in Basel. The perpetrators, a Portuguese citizen and a minor, who met the victim, a 33-year-old, in a nightclub and then used violence on her in her home, were arrested, tried and sentenced.
