The number of new cases in a single day is the highest since the cluster outbreak at the airport.
The command center stated that among the new local cases, 2 are family members of airport cleaners; 4 are employees of an electronics factory employed by friends of the confirmed home attendants; 2 are relatives of the employers of the home attendants; A total of 3 people were diagnosed with the disease, including the mother of the 3rd person, colleagues of the medical staff and their friends.
The command center said that 5 people have been diagnosed with the electronics factory, and it is currently completely shut down, and all 280 workplace contacts have been quarantined to avoid the spread of the epidemic.
Up to now, there have been 17,463 confirmed cases in Taiwan, including 2,762 imported cases and 14,647 local cases.
