The European Court of Human Rights has rejected the request for an appeal against the vaccination requirement presented by 672 French firefighters, professionals and volunteers. In fact, the law of August 5 on the management of the health crisis imposes the obligation to be vaccinated.
The firefighters had asked, relying on the articles that speak of the right to life and the right to respect for private and family life, to suspend the obligation to vaccinate and the provisions prohibiting the exercise of their activity for those who do not comply with vaccination obligation.
