ROME – An Italian code for war crimes. Signed by the Keeper of Seals Marta Cartabia. Who entrusted the task of writing it to well-known super jurists in October last year, when the war against Ukraine did not yet exist. Because the minister already had in mind to eliminate a serious “forgetfulness” given that Italy, with respect to the agreements provided for by the 1998 Rome Statute, was and is clearly behind schedule, not being able to count on a code for war crimes yet .
