The mission of the G20: “On energy and climate we will have binding commitments”

ROMA – “We are aiming for two strong declarations, one on environmental protection and the other on the relationship between climate and energy, capable of gathering the consent of all countries, which is by no means obvious”. The Minister for Ecological Transition Roberto Cingolani is about to inaugurate the G20 in Naples dedicated to the precarious state of health of the Earth, and is aware of the difficulties that await him when tomorrow and the day after he will chair the summit of his colleagues from the 20 richest nations in the world.
