The mother of little Liam, who died at 28 days, acquitted on appeal: in the first instance she had been sentenced to 10 years

Little Liam had died 28 days after his birth, and for that death his mother, Aurora Ruberto, had been sentenced in the first instance to 10 years for manslaughter. Now, eight years after her death and just over a year after that sentence, the verdict is overturned. The Milan Court of Assizes of Appeal acquitted the woman because the fact does not exist.
