691 civilians have been killed in Ukraine by the invasion of the Russian army, according to data collected by the human rights office of the United Nations. Of these, 103 are children. “This morning, the official figure has exceeded the critical and terrible threshold of 100,” wrote the Ukrainian Attorney General Iryna Venedktova in a post on Facebook. A non-definitive figure, explains Venedktova, because in the hottest points of the conflict and in the occupied territories, the police do not have the possibility to inspect the sites of the bombings.
