Third child in China, now there is the law. Incentives to convince the reluctant to have children

BEIJING – Comrades, it is now official: the third child is allowed by law. After having already announced it on May 31, this morning the Standing Committee of the National People’s Assembly, the highest legislative body in China, approved the amendments to the law on population and family planning, putting pen to paper the possibility of having a third child.
