3. Prohibit female and male businessmen from entering into transactions.

4. It is forbidden for women to receive treatment from male doctors.

5. It is forbidden for women to study in schools, universities or any other educational institutions (the Taliban has turned a girls’ school into a religious seminary).

6. Require women to wear a long burqa (burqa) that covers from head to toe.

7. Flogging, beating and insulting women who do not dress in accordance with the Taliban rules or women who are not accompanied by their husbands (her husbands and guardians).

8. Whip women who have not hidden their ankles in public.

9. Publicly execute stoning of women accused of having sex outside of marriage (according to this rule, a large number of lovers were executed by stoning).

10. It is forbidden for women to use cosmetics (there are many women with nail polishes whose fingers have been amputated).

11. It is forbidden for women to talk or shake hands with men who are not Mahram.

13. It is forbidden for women to wear high heels. They will make noises when they walk (men must not hear women’s footsteps).

14. It is forbidden for women to take taxis without Mahram.

18. It is forbidden for women to wear brightly colored clothes. In the words of the Taliban, these are sexy colors.

19. Women are prohibited from gatherings on festivals such as Eid al-Fitr or for any entertainment purpose.

20. Women are prohibited from washing clothes in rivers or public places.

21. Modify the entire nomenclature of streets and squares including the word “woman”. For example: “Women’s Garden” is now called “Spring Garden”.

22. Women are prohibited from leaning out of the balcony of their apartment or house.

23. All windows are mandatory to be opaque, so that women cannot be seen from outside the house.

24. It is forbidden for male tailors to measure the size of women’s clothing or to sew women’s clothing.

25. Women are prohibited from using public bathhouses.

26. It is forbidden for women and men to ride the same bus. Currently, buses are classified as “male only” or “female only”.

27. Flare (wide) pants are prohibited, even if they are worn under a burqa.

28. It is forbidden to photograph or photograph women.

29. It is forbidden to print women’s photos in newspapers and books, or hang them on the walls of houses and shops.
