Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba said after meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov in Antalya, Turkey on the 10th that Ukraine and Russia have failed to make progress on the ceasefire issue. Lavrov said that Russia is willing to maintain dialogue with Ukraine.
