UN climate envoy Mark Carney: “Convince China and India to do more or it will be a catastrophe”

In his latest book, however, Mark Carney quotes Pope Francis: “We must ensure that wine”, praised by the pontiff during a private meeting with the 56-year-old now special envoy of the UN for the climate and former governor of the central banks of England and Canada, “take over the toxic grappa again”.
