Unesco does not like the restored Liverpool: it could lose the status of “World Heritage Site”

LONDON – Too many skyscrapers risk making Liverpool lose the status of World Heritage Site attributed to it twenty years ago by UNESCO. The cultural arm of the UN states that the city’s harbor front has lost its characteristic historical aspect due to excessive modernization and therefore can no longer use the prestigious label of one of the places to be saved and preserved as an important architectural testimony of the our civilization.
