WASHINGTON. Joe Biden intends to choose, for the first time in US history, a woman as Secretary of the Army. He reveals it Politico, citing two informed sources, explaining that this is Christine Wormuth, to the official who began her career in the Defense Department in 1996 and who headed the Pentagon’s strategy office during the Obama administration.
According to sources, the official announcement can take place tomorrow. Wormuth was co-chair of Biden’s campaign defense working group.
