The death toll from several shootings in three massage parlors is seven: many of the victims were Asian women. Notably, three people were killed and two more injured at a massage parlor in Cherokee County. Soon after, the fire in two Atlanta massage parlors facing each other: four dead.
Police have not reported in detail whether the Atlanta shootings are related to the one in Cherokee County, which is about 30 miles (50 kilometers) northwest of Atlanta.
Police arrested the man suspected of being the perpetrator of the three Atlanta shootings. According to the American media, this is the 21 year old Robert Long.
