Tragedy in Chesterfield in Virgiania where a man committed suicide after finding the lifeless body of his 18-month-old son he had left in a hot car. Police responded to a call yesterday from family members reporting that a child had been left in the car for several hours while the father was at home threatening suicide. Once there, the agents found a car with the door open in the driveway and the little deceased inside the house, in the back garden they found his father’s body.
Police explained that they were called when family members realized that the child had not gone to kindergarten. According to initial investigations, it appears that the father left the baby in the car for three hours while he was at work before realizing it. Then, once he found his dead son inside the car, he went home, brought the little body inside, went out the back door and fired a pistol.
