Voting farce in Nicaragua, the Church goes into the trenches against the tyrant Ortega

Lost in his labyrinth of power, self-centeredness and flashes of lucid madness, Daniel Ortega he sees enemies everywhere and also alienates the sympathies of the Catholic Church. He fears losing next Sunday’s elections which he faces for the third consecutive time. The Constitution did not allow it but the former guerrilla-turned-tyrant circumvented the ban as did many of his cronies in Central America.
