Why are there so many attacks in Israel lately?

Four attacks, thirteen dead and dozens of injured in just over a week. The terrorist offensive that hit Israel was mostly claimed by Isis “sympathizers” but also received support from Hamas, the Islamic party that governs the autonomous Palestinian strip of Gaza. As Ramadan begins and Passover approaches, the wave of violence coincides with a political crisis that could lead to new elections and Benjamin Netanyahu’s return to power.
