The speech on April 16 was read to some international students through a video. Qin Gang would not play it arbitrarily on the spot. The characterization of the “cold situation” should have been approved by the top CCP leaders in advance.
The CCP blindly supports Russia and confronts the West

Anyone who is a little concerned about the Russian-Ukrainian war will probably question whether Ukraine really has “134 fixed-wing aircraft, 470 drones”, or whether it really has “2290 tanks and other armored vehicles… 2166 special military vehicles”. These figures should describe a military power. If these results are true, the Ukrainian army should have been defeated long ago, and Kyiv should have been occupied by the Russian army long ago. However, Xinhua News Agency copied the Russian war report without error.

The CCP ignored the warnings from the United States and the European Union. The CCP media openly supported Russia and demoted Ukraine, and they have been taking the opportunity to carry out anti-American propaganda.
