How to make a light salad with arugula, cherry tomatoes and feta
Wash the mushrooms, dry them, cut them into thin slices and fry them in oil for 10 minutes (some smaller slices should be golden). 4 minutes before the end of frying, add a little salt and pepper.
Wash the arugula, dry it, tear it with your hands or cut it.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Cut the feta into cubes.
For dressing, combine the oil in a jar with soy sauce, add the peeled and pressed garlic, cover with a lid and shake a little.
Put arugula, cherries and mushrooms in a deep salad bowl, mix. Pour over the dressing, mix again.
Then add feta to the salad, mix carefully and it’s delicious!
