Daniela Mündler took a step that not many people would dare to do in their mid-40s: she left the routines and the secure salary behind and embarked on the adventure as a founder. She previously worked at L’Oréal, LVMH, Douglas – and most recently at the biscuit manufacturer Bahlsen.
And now: Samplistick, a start-up that wants to abolish the classic tests – and replace them with a more sustainable system. Mündler tells Varinia Bernau why she took private French lessons for her career, why she doesn’t understand the concept of work-life balance – and what she would do differently if she were starting a business today.
