Generals, accounts and governance on the table, amidst the stomach ache of the shareholders

MILANO – Generali’s board of directors meets today to approve the half-year accounts, but on this occasion the shareholders could also discuss a much more divisive issue: the future governance of the Winged Lion and the opportunity to renew or not the current one management, whose mandate expires in the spring with the approval of the 2021 financial statements, submitting a board list for renewal.
