La Vogherese has remained faithful to the young line in setting up the squad that will face the tournament of Excellence, starting on Sunday.
The Rossoneri club has strengthened in all departments, mainly acquiring perspective players, to which is added the prized piece of the market, the 29-year-old Daniele Tettamanti, attacking midfielder who boasts more than 250 appearances in D.
The Rossoneri team should line up with a 4-3-3, with the certainty of De Toni between the posts. The defense will rest on the reliable Fasoli, flanked at the center of the rear by the new acquisition Gabrielli, 25 years old from Vigor Carpaneto, and with a past in D, called to replace the departing Becchi. The alternative to the central owners is represented by Santagostino, baby of 2000 taken from Verbano. As defensive side, on the left wing the disruptive Riceputi will gallop, another weapon for his offensive attitude, with the young Quaglia as alter ego at high altitude; on the right track, Mr. Martignoni will opt for a young player, with the nominations of Montalbano and Macaluso, both born in 2001.
In the median line, Voghe restarts with confirmed Calviello, Geraci and Cavaliere, stopped by the fracture of the collarbone; in midfield two new faces landed in via Facchinetti, the 2000 class Castellano ex Ligorna, and Anarfi, a 22-year-old midfielder of Ghanaian origins, coming from Vigor Carpaneto, and with a past in D with Porto Tolle and Lentigione. In attack, Voghe will have to renounce, at least for a month, the verve of Captain Buscaglia, in the pits for the fracture of the meniscus; the other heavy absence in the offensive sector of Voghe is that of the talented Andrini, who is recovering from the after-effects of a serious motorcycle accident and in recent days has been overwhelmed by the affection of all his companions, heartened by the comforting news on the conditions of the young Rossoneri.
Precisely to overcome these two defections, the idea of Mr. Martignoni is to raise the position of Tettamanti, who could be used as an attacking midfielder or as an outside striker, by virtue of a decidedly relevant technical background. As an offensive reference, Voghe will focus on the physicality of Ekwalla Dioh, assisted on the flanks by Bollini, and by the young arrows Casella and Lopena. Mario Dervishi, a 22-year-old former Verbano, joined the Rossoneri shirt to guarantee quality goals and plays in attack. To complete the offensive department there are the young Pinessi, central striker born in 2001, and the playmaker Bongiorni, 22, who arrived from Arsenese (Promotion of Emilia).
