Lebanon has a new government after 13 months of stalemate

AFTER 13 months of free fall, Lebanon opens a parachute. The president of the Republic Michel Aoun (Christian) and the prime minister in charge Najib Mikati (Sunni) announced that the country has a new government. Twenty-four ministers, one woman, in fact all technocrats expression of the parties and divided according to religious confessions (Christians, Sunnis and Shiites).
