NEW YORK. An 18-year-old young man was arrested by a police patrol at the Times Square subway station in the heart of Manhattan with an Ak-47 assault machine gun (a Kalashnikov), a full magazine and a gas mask. CNN reports it citing the police. This is Saadiq Teague, from Canal Winchester, a town near Columbus, Ohio. Authorities did not report why the young man was armed. “This story could have had a tragic end but thanks to these diligent agents it ended with the suspect in handcuffs,” said New York Police Commissioner Dermot Shea tweeting congratulations to the patrol.
