As of March 1, 2025, all employees will receive a basic amount of 150 euros. The increased compensation will then be increased by another two percent. “We can be very happy now”

After Lufthansa and the union, the responsible Ver.di tariff commission also agreed to the compromise. She recommended that Ver.di members accept the agreement. They can decide whether to accept or reject the results in a member survey that will run until mid-April.

“We fought hard for this compromise and we can now be very satisfied,” said Ver.di negotiator Marvin Reschinsky. “We have achieved real real wage increases and will thus compensate for the decline of the last few years.” In addition to the linear increase, the result provides for a number of improvements such as aligning the eastern collective agreements with western levels. Reschinsky called the result “historic.”
