“The previous race in Misano was already a really exciting moment for me and, of course, this will be a special home race and I really hope that the Italian fans can have fun”. Valentino Rossi is preparing for his last race in Italy, next Sunday in the Made in Italy and Emilia Romagna GP, with the spirit of those who want to enjoy the contact with the many supporters who will come to greet him.
«It was nice to have these two weeks without races, because we had challenging moments, including the trip to the United States – says Rossi through the Yamaha website -. During this time I have been training hard at home to make sure I can face the last three races of this season in the best physical condition. This second stage in Misano will be harder than the first because it will probably be colder than a month ago. We have to work to give our best, try to be a bit faster than in the last few races and fine-tune the settings to be more competitive ».
