Azimut closed 2021 with a net profit of 605 million euros, up 59% compared to 382 million in 2020, “the highest figure ever achieved by the group”. Consolidated revenues amounted to 1,449 billion, up 38% on 2020, while Ebitda rose 55% to 751 million. Total assets including assets under administration reached 83.2 billion euros at the end of December, + 38% compared to the end of December 2020, of which 54.1 billion refer to assets under management.
The board of directors of the Italian asset management company resolved to propose to the shareholders’ meeting, whose call is scheduled for April 28, 2022, the distribution of a total ordinary dividend of € 1.30 per share, gross of withholding taxes ( equal to a 6% dividend yield at current prices). The dividend of 1.30 will be paid entirely in cash. The dividend payment date is scheduled for May 25, 2022, with coupon detachment on May 23, 2022 and record date May 24, 2022.
