Coping with pre-exam anxiety simply by hugging a pillow doesn’t seem possible, or at least effective. But it becomes so if the pillow in question “breathes”. The “anti-anxiety” pillow was developed and successfully tested on students in pre-exam fear.
The idea comes from the group of Alice Haynes of the University of Bristol. The results of the tests performed on the pillow were presented in the PLOS ONE magazine.
