The video message appeared on a Telegram channel, considered “sensitive” by Western intelligence. The rumor is of what has been credited as the new ISIS spokesperson, Abu-Omar al Muhajir. The message is clear: “The time is ripe: let’s attack Europe while the Crusaders fight each other”. What analysts had believed possible for weeks has therefore happened.
