Crédit Agricole-Tim-Accenture technological agreement – La Stampa

Triangular technological agreement between Crédit Agricole Italia, Tim and Accenture: the three groups have signed a strategic partnership for the management of the integrated technology and telecommunications infrastructure of the Crédit Agricole Group in Italy. Through the ten-year agreement, Tim and Accenture will create an integrated platform to manage Crédit Agricole Italia’s technological and telecommunication systems together. The agreement provides for the migration of Crédit Agricole Italia systems to the Noovle Data Center, the center of excellence for the Cloud of the Tim Group, which will ensure their management and digital transformation in collaboration with Accenture Financial Advanced Solutions Technology, the center of Accenture innovation. The partnership will allow Crédit Agricole Italia to benefit from significant savings, to accelerate the ability to develop its offer of innovative digital services and to respond quickly and flexibly to new market scenarios. Tim will also provide national and international voice and data connections on the fixed and mobile network, with a view to evolving towards 5G technology, and will manage the work stations of the executive offices and branches and the distributed equipment for contacting customers, ATMs and Totems.

The project will guarantee the highest international standards of security, privacy and data protection to allow Crédit Agricole Italia to accelerate its transformation and cloud migration path in line with the CA Group’s strategies and best market practices.
