TUNIS – The art deco facade, now dirty and decadent, was conceived in the 1920s by Francesco Marcenaro, an Italian architect who was very popular in Tunis at the time. Le Rio was the cinema-theater of good society. On these evenings there is no poster on display, there, on a small street in the center: better be careful.
