Cathie Wood’s Ark Invest applies to Sec to create Bitcoin ETFs alongside 21Shares

Ark Invest’s Cathie Wood has filed an official request to create a Bitcoin ETF with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It is worth remembering that just last week the SEC postponed the decision on whether or not to approve the first Bitcoin ETF. The Ark Invest fund would be listed under the ticker “ARKB”. Ark Invest is working in partnership with 21Shares to launch the ETF.
