Nowadays, it is common for everyone to use emoji in social groups and chat software. Small icons can make conversations escape the text and become more interesting. Apart from the continuous increase of emoji, what else can change? Facebook just launched a new feature on Messenger, so that emoji has a sound in addition to a pattern!

Did you know that July 14 is World Emoji Day? Emoji has already played an important role in online communications. Facebook also chose to announce the new Soundmojis function on this day. Now open Messenger, where you select emoji, a speaker icon will be added to the far right, which will support Soundmojis. ▲ According to the actual measurement by the editor, there are not as many patterns of Soundmojis in Taiwan as published by Facebook.

Currently, this feature contains limited emoji and only supports the mobile version of Messenger. Facebook said that it will continue to update the sound support. However, I actually tested that Taiwan’s support for Soundmojis is much less than the official announcement, and it may be due to copyright. Originally some content fragments that played artist works or TV movies have also been changed to general sound effects. Friends who are interested can play and watch. Will there be unexpected sound effects?
