The luxury hotel group Belmond – which is headed by Lvmh – confirms in a note that you have completed the transaction for the acquisition of Villa Beatrice, already Odero Castle, historic building of the twentieth century, designed by the architect Gino Coppedè and located at Portofino.
The Villa – commissioned by the famous Ligurian businessman Attilio Odero – is located in one of the
best viewpoints in the area, right above Punta Caiega, thus offering guests a privileged position and a breathtaking view of the Ligurian Riviera.
