by admin

At Ces 2022 in Las Vegas, BMW focuses on the experience of the mobility of the future. World premiere of the iX M60 electric suv. Added to this are a number of innovations that combine creativity and digitization.

iX M60: the best of three worlds

The Munich brand presents the third version of the new technological flagship: the BMW iX M60. With an output of 619 hp (455 kW), a maximum torque of 1,015 Nm in Sport mode and 1100 Nm with Launch Control activated and M-specific suspension set-up, it creates a unique experience in the world of mobility with no local emissions. BMW iX M60 combines the concept of a vehicle strongly oriented towards sustainability with the design of a modern Sports Activity Vehicle and driving dynamics at the highest level. The electric SUV is able to cover 0-100 km / h in just 3.8 seconds. The power delivery of the electric motors extends up to the highest revs, so that the increase in speed remains almost constant until the maximum speed is reached, which is electronically limited to 250 km / h. The autonomy, determined in the Wltp homologation cycle, reaches 566 kilometers.

The debut of the BMW iX M60 marks an important milestone and represents the entry of the BMW M brand into the segment of high-performance electrified cars. The extreme power and control of electric all-wheel drive, together with the limitation of wheel slip based on highly responsive actuators and a suspension technology that includes, among other things, a double-axle suspension typical of the M tuning, with automatic level control, guarantee the driving experience, agility and precision typical of Bmw M.
