Communication to the local health authority not submitted, is the Superbonus at risk?

Sending the communication to the local health authority in the case of construction work which gives the right to tax deductions is an obligation provided for by Interministerial Decree of 02/18/1998 n. 41 “Regulation containing implementation rules and control procedures referred to in article 1 of law 27 December 1997, n. 449, regarding deductions for building renovation costs”.
