On September 20, Country Garden Services announced that on September 20, 2021, Country Garden Property Hong Kong (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and R&F Properties signed an equity transfer agreement. According to this, Country Garden Services acquired Fuliang Global at a consideration of no more than RMB 10 billion, thereby indirectly acquiring 100% of the equity of each target company held by Fuliang Global.
The Target Company is an integrated property management service provider that provides a wide range of property management services and commercial operation services in China.
After the completion of the acquisition, Country Garden Services will hold 100% of the equity of Fuliang Global and indirectly hold 100% of the equity of each target company, and Fuliang Global, R&F Property Services Hong Kong, Guangzhou Fuxing and the target company will become subsidiaries of Country Garden Services and , Its performance, assets and liabilities will be consolidated into the accounts of the Group.
