Directa’s race continues in Piazza Affari. The shares of the online trading company, which landed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana last December 22, were stopped in the volatility auction with an increase of over 18% to 6.4 euros. The placement and sale price of the shares was 3 euros per share, for an overall valuation of the 16.5 million existing shares equal to 49.5 million euros. The free float, for a number of shares of 2,250,000 placed, was equal to 13.64% of the share capital of Directa Sim.
