Germany’s entrepreneurs rightly criticize the government – and wrongly leave democracy alone.

One problem is the few but visible freaks among Germany’s entrepreneurs. They give the impression that a little right-wing radicalism never hurt anyone. The co-owner of the burger chain Hans im Glück, for example, who invited people to an event with right-wing extremists and AfD people. It then became a strategy session for the purpose of expelling German citizens with a migration history from Germany. Or the Müller-Milch millionaire Theo Müller, who publicly clears AfD leader Alice Weidel’s clean bill of health (“not the slightest hint” of Nazi ideology).
