Ice Agency launches Export Tutor, the new assistance project to support companies that need a more structured internationalization path. Each participating company will be supported, for twelve months, by an agency official who will accompany it in the path of approaching foreign markets with the support of the network of 78 Ice offices around the world. This figure will be responsible for informing companies about the tools made available by the ICE and by the other players in the country system to promote internationalization; to inform companies of all Ice initiatives and services of potential specific interest, to offer companies sectoral and market information based on the needs expressed by companies regarding markets and sectors; and to provide useful information for the development of the corporate strategy. «Export Tutor is the 16th new initiative that Ice offers to companies as part of the export agreement – underlines Carlo Ferro, president of the Ice Agency -. It is added to the other innovations introduced in these two years to reach a greater number of companies with ICE services and the internationalization facilities offered by the country system. Free services and spaces in foreign trade fairs, regional desks, the one-stop shop export.gov.it. We want to reach more companies in their ateliers, laboratories and workshops. We cater to small businesses, artisans and producers who do not yet export or just do so on a few markets. We pursue an “easy to do with” service organization with the aim of increasing the number of systematic exporting companies ».
